This year's theme of Warrandyte Dreaming fitted with WUC's vision of Dreaming for Peace with the focus on Peace with the Earth. Hundreds of kids visited with the tent to enjoy the free activities over the festival weekend. The theme centred around animals and kids of all ages enjoyed:
- Peace pole painting
- Puppets made from recycled plant pots
- Stencilling animal shapes
- Bubble blowing from animal shaped blowers
- Wooden dove ornament painting.
The kids enjoyed it, the parents appreciated it and we celebrated the opportunity to share our vision with the Warrandyte community.
